Praying for Your Husband: Lifestyle
Father, I pray that Sammy and I would live in such a way that our lifestyle itself would be a ministry to those around us, that people would see our lifestyle and see that we truly live out what we believe and mean what we say.
Help us not to conform any longer to the patterns of this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. Help us to keep in step with the Spirit, setting our hearts on things above and fixing our eyes on Jesus. May it be our desire to decrease so that Christ would increase in us.
May your word dwell richly in us. May we be faithful in hope, patient in affliction, and persevering in prayer. Help us to do everything without complaining or arguing. And help us to be intentional about spurring one another on to greater love and acts of service.

Help us to love the people around us with the unconditional love of Jesus, in humility, considering others as better than ourselves. Help us to live up to the calling that we have received, to love you with all that we are and to love our neighbor as ourselves.
Let our doors always be open to those in need, but at the same time grant us opportunities to rest and be refreshed. Give us wisdom in setting boundaries so we can focus on investing in our marriage and our family, as well as satisfying our need for intimacy. Help us to find a good balance between the various aspects of our lives, and to ultimately live our lives for your glory!
